Copyright notices

If something on allnoos uses your copyrighted work without permission, tell us here. If something of yours was removed because of a notice and you have the right to publish it, file a counter-notice here too.

Designated agent

Our designated agent registration with the U.S. Copyright Office is in progress. Until it is on file, send notices through the form below or by email to support@allnoos.com. The form records a complete notice the moment you send it and gives you a reference.

Send a notice

A notice needs the six things 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) asks for. The form asks for them in order.

Identify it clearly — where it was first published, and what part of the story uses it.

Send a counter-notice

If something of yours was removed — a story, photo, video, arc, comment or profile picture — and you have the right to publish it, this is how you say so. If anything required is missing or too short, the form says which box. We forward your counter-notice to the person who filed the notice, and we put it back in 10 to 14 business days unless they tell us they have filed a court action. A profile picture does not come back by itself: once the removal is lifted, you can set it again.

It is in the message telling you it was removed.

Repeat infringers

We count copyright notices against each account and close the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, as our terms of service set out.

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing — or that it was removed by mistake — makes you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. 512(f).
