Remove an intimate image

This page is for asking allnoos to take down an intimate image or video of you that was published without your consent — including one that was generated or altered to look like you. You do not need an allnoos account, and you do not need a lawyer.

Under the TAKE IT DOWN Act we take qualifying content off public view within 48 hours of a complete request. The person who posted it is told that a request was made. They are not told who made it.

What we need

  • Where it is. A link to it — a story, photo, video, arc, comment or profile, or several, one per line — and anything else that helps us find the exact image.
  • Who you are. Your name and your email address — or, if you are acting for the person shown, your name and your authority to act.
  • That it was not consented to. A short statement in your own words, and the confirmation below it.
  • Your signature. Your full name, typed.

Copy it from the address bar, or from the share menu on the story.

Only if the link alone is not enough — where in the story it appears, for instance.

We need it to identify your request. It is never shown to the person who posted.

A sentence or two saying the image is of you and was published without your consent.

What happens next

A complete request is recorded the moment you send it; if something the form needs is missing or too short, the form says which box. If your link points to something on allnoos — a story, photo, video, arc, comment or profile — qualifying content is taken off public view within 48 hours, along with copies we can identify. Your reference number is your record of having asked; we don't send confirmation or outcome emails yet.

A false request can expose you to legal liability.
