TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated 11 October 2026
FIRST: HOW ALLNOOS USES AI
allnoos shares your notes, photos, clips and profile details with Gemini (Google's AI). Gemini helps draft and check stories, and checks profile pictures and reported posts and accounts. You agree to this in its own box: the second of the two boxes shown with these Terms (Section 1.2). Section 3.6 and our privacy policy at allnoos.com/privacy give the detail.
1. THE PARTIES AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
1.1 These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the website at allnoos.com and its associated mobile application for iOS and Android (together, the "Service"), which share one account. allnoos LLC, a Nevada limited-liability company ("allnoos", "we", "us" or "our"), of 35 E Horizon Ridge Pkwy, Ste 110-526, Henderson, NV 89002-7906, operates the Service. These Terms form a contract between you and allnoos LLC, not Apple or Google (Section 24).
1.2 You accept these Terms by checking the box beside the statement "I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" and pressing "Agree and continue", both shown beneath these Terms in the window that appears after you create an account, at each later sign-in until you agree and whenever we publish a version you must agree to again (Section 22). The same window asks, in a second and separate box, for the agreement described in Section 3.6, beside the statement "I agree that allnoos shares my notes, photos, clips and profile details with Gemini (Google's AI), which helps draft and check what is posted". Neither box is pre-selected, and "Agree and continue" can be pressed only when both boxes are checked. We record which version you accepted, when, whether in the iOS or Android application or on the website, and an identifier for your account, and keep that record as evidence of your acceptance after your account is deleted. If you do not agree, you may sign out from that window, or have your account deleted by writing to support@allnoos.com from the email address on your account (Section 17.1); nothing else is possible until you agree. If you visit the website without an account, Sections 3, 6, 14, 18 and 19 apply to your visit to the extent the law allows.
1.3 Checking the first of those boxes is your specific authorization of the arbitration agreement and class-action waiver in Section 21, which you should read before you agree. Our privacy policy at allnoos.com/privacy explains what we collect and how we use it; it is a notice, not part of this contract, and your agreement to it in the first of those statements is your acknowledgment of that notice.
1.4 In these Terms, "Content" has the meaning given in Section 4.1, "Credits" the meaning given in Section 10.2, "Store" the meaning given in Section 10.3, "Plan" the meaning given in Section 10.4 and "Earnings" the meaning given in Section 11.1.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age. The Service carries footage of injury and death and involves the transfer of money. When you create an account you confirm that you are at least 18; we rely on that confirmation and act on any notice from a Store that a user is under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and never from a child under 13. If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 18, we close it and delete its information, immediately for a child under 13, retaining only what Section 17 or the law requires. Parents and guardians may write to support@allnoos.com. Parental-control software that limits what a device can reach is commercially available.
2.2 Each person may hold one account. You must register with accurate details and keep them current. You must not share your login credentials, or sell or transfer your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it.
2.3 If you open an account for a company or newsroom, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and "you" means both.
2.4 If we have closed or suspended your account, you may not return under a new one.
2.5 We are opening the Service gradually and may pause new registrations as it grows.
2.6 We operate the Service from the United States, for persons in the United States, and intend to offer the application only there; we may limit or block access from any country. Use from elsewhere is on your own initiative and subject to the laws where you are, and a story offered in another language does not mean that we offer the Service in, or accept the laws or regulators of, any other country.
3. NATURE OF THE SERVICE
3.1 The Service is a news platform on which every story is filmed by the person publishing it, on a phone, at the scene, inside the application. Video cannot be uploaded from a computer or a camera roll; that constraint is integral to the Service.
3.2 The News Room draft is written by an artificial-intelligence model, Google's Gemini, called from our servers, from your notes and your own footage. It is a tool, not an author, and its output may be inaccurate. What you publish is your reporting and your responsibility.
3.3 allnoos operates a platform and is not a publisher. Reporters are the authors and publishers of their stories, comments, messages and profiles. We are not the author, editor or publisher of any of them, we do not verify what a story claims, and we are not responsible for it.
3.4 Nothing on the Service is legal, medical, financial or safety advice, and the Service is not an emergency service. Flag, the Input comment threads and Gather do not reach the police or emergency services; if a person is in danger, call your local emergency number.
3.5 allnoos is not a news organization and does not employ you. Publishing on the Service does not make you our reporter, confer press credentials or bring you within a shield law; whether one protects you depends on the law of your state and your own work.
3.6 allnoos uses Gemini (Google's AI) throughout the Service: every story is drafted and reviewed against our standards with it (Sections 3.2 and 7.6), and Flags are reviewed with it (Section 7.3). Your agreement to that use is therefore a condition of using the Service. It is asked at the start, in the window described in Section 1.2, by the second box, which is separate from your acceptance of these Terms and not pre-selected; the statement beside it, quoted in that Section, names Gemini and what is shared with it. We record which version of that statement you agreed to, when, and whether in the iOS or Android application or on the website, as Section 1.2 describes for these Terms. Until you agree, nothing you provide is shared with Gemini for drafting or for the standards review, and nothing else in the Service is available to you while you are signed in. You may withdraw that agreement at any time by deleting your account (Section 17) or by writing to support@allnoos.com from the email address on your account; we record a withdrawal you send by email in the same manner, the Service then shares nothing further with Gemini on your behalf, and the Service asks for your agreement again before you may use it further. Withdrawal does not recall what was already shared. If we publish a new version of that statement, the Service asks for your agreement to it in the same manner. Neither withdrawal nor the absence of that agreement prevents the review under Section 7.3 of a published story, a comment or an account that is Flagged, including the account's profile information and its recent public stories and comments; an arc is sent for that review only if its author's agreement is in effect.
4. YOUR CONTENT AND THE LICENSE YOU GRANT
4.1 You own what you film and what you write. Publishing on the Service does not change that, and we claim no ownership of your footage, photographs, notes or drafts. Your footage, photographs, notes, drafts, stories, comments, messages and profile information are your "Content".
4.2 To operate the Service you grant us a non-exclusive (you may publish the same story elsewhere), worldwide and royalty-free license to display your name, username and profile image beside your stories and comments, and to do what a news platform requires: (a) to host and display your story on every surface of the Service, and in link previews of pages of the Service where we offer them, with the technical copies that requires: transcoding, thumbnails, stills, caching and backups; (b) where we offer it, to localize your story by translating its headline, text and transcript, adding captions, and dubbing its audio with prebuilt synthetic voices, never a clone of yours; translations are automated and may be wrong, your original remains the story of record, you may ask us by email to withdraw a translation, and we may withdraw one at any time; (c) to share your footage, photographs and notes, and, for the review of Flags under Section 7.3, your stories, comments and profile information, with the artificial-intelligence systems that draft, review footage against our standards, transcribe, translate, dub and moderate, at present Gemini (Google's AI) on its paid tier, whose terms provide that what we share with it is not used to improve Google's models; the standards review creates no face, voice or other biometric template, we use no facial or voice recognition to identify anyone, your voice is never cloned, and we train no artificial-intelligence models of our own on your stories; the News Room retains only a short text profile of how you edit its drafts so that later drafts better reflect your style, never shown to anyone, used only for your drafts and deleted with your account; (d) where several reporters publish from the same scene, to permit the News Room to read your public story so that its draft for another reporter may reflect, and name, what you already reported, their story being theirs, not yours; (e) if you promote a story or run it as an advertisement (Section 13), to use it in the placements you purchased; and (f) to use short excerpts, stills and headlines from your public stories, with your name, username and profile image, to present the Service in the application, on the website and in our own promotion, preserving their news context, and never footage of an identifiable person in a paid advertisement for the Service without that person's consent.
4.3 The license exists so that we may display and promote your work and covers nothing else. The companies that operate the Service for us act under it (Section 15). We do not sell your stories or license them to anyone outside the Service without first asking you.
4.4 A deleted story is removed promptly from every surface of the Service and the license ends for all further use, except technical copies in caches and backups for up to 30 days, copies readers made outside the Service, and the records retained under Section 17.2.
4.5 Each time you publish a story, comment or message you represent that it is yours and complies with Sections 5 and 6; that anyone you credit or tag actually contributed; that nothing in it infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights; that you obtained any consent the law where you filmed requires; and that it is not defamatory and breaks no law. Pressing Go to Press is your statement that the story is yours, that you have read the draft, and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
4.6 If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you. Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to review or criticize us in any forum.
5. FILMING AND PUBLISHING STANDARDS
5.1 Before you first open the camera you are asked to agree to the allnoos accord, a reporter's pledge; this Section states the rules we enforce.
5.2 You must comply with the following standards: (a) every frame must be yours and from the scene: stock footage, recycled clips, re-uploads of another person's video, artificially generated, staged or re-enacted imagery, and provoking or arranging an event in order to film it are all prohibited, the sole exception being Gather screenshots of pages of the Service, permitted only within Gather; (b) time and place are facts: you must not misrepresent when or where something happened, alter timestamps or locations, or edit a clip so that it conveys something the moment did not; (c) you must comply with the law where you are filming, without exception, including recording consent, trespass, court and hospital restrictions, and police and emergency-responder instructions; obtaining a story is no defense to a breach of the law, and we provide no legal protection for one; (d) your safety, and the people in your frame, are your responsibility: you decide where you go and how you film, and we do not direct your newsgathering; you must not enter dangerous or restricted areas or endanger anyone for a story; graphic footage of injury or death is news on the Service, but you must film it as a witness, not a participant, and never to celebrate it; and (e) the draft is a tool and you are the author: you must read every sentence before pressing Go to Press, every sentence you keep is your own reporting, and if anyone paid you to cover a subject (through a bounty, a sponsorship or employment) you must disclose that in the story.
6. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND CONDUCT
6.1 allnoos has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users, on every Plan and every surface of the Service (stories, comments, Gather messages, profiles, bounties and advertisements), and payment for a placement exempts nothing. The following are prohibited for any reason: (a) anything illegal; anything that sexualizes a minor, which is dealt with under Section 9.2 and may end the account immediately; and any advertising or solicitation of commercial sex; (b) threats, targeted harassment, bullying, and publishing a person's private information (address, telephone number, workplace or documents) to expose them; (c) incitement to violence, the glorification or encouragement of violence, terrorist or violent-extremist content, and hatred directed at people for their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, caste or immigration status, or any other characteristic tied to systemic discrimination; (d) intimate images published without consent, including artificially generated forgeries of a real person (Section 9); (e) pornography, sexually explicit material and nudity posted for arousal, anywhere on the Service, although nudity genuinely part of documentary reporting may remain, covered, at our discretion; (f) selling or arranging the sale of firearms, ammunition or other regulated goods, and encouraging illegal or reckless use of weapons; (g) graphic material posted for shock rather than news value, and profiting from a tragedy, including a bounty, promo or advertisement that trades on an attack, a disaster or a person's death; (h) impersonating a person, an outlet or an official body, defamatory statements about a real person or business, claims you know to be false presented as reporting, staged or altered footage presented as real, and advertisements presented as neutral news; (i) copyright or trademark infringement, filming to re-broadcast another person's performance, screen or paid content, and any Gather screenshot of a page you are not permitted to share (every rule in this Section applies to a Gather screenshot as a message); (j) manipulating views, likes, follows, boosts, flags, the advertising auction, bounties or Earnings by bots, purchased engagement, multiple accounts or coordinated inauthentic behavior, purchasing Credits, spending them and then reversing the purchase, abusing reports to silence a story, interfering with moderation, and prompting the News Room or the standards review to behave improperly; and (k) malware, probing or overloading our systems, circumventing security measures or rate limits, buying or selling accounts, and using the Service to store or serve files unrelated to a story.
7. REPORTS, BLOCKS AND MODERATION
7.1 You may Flag a story from its page, a comment from the menu beside it, an arc from the menu on it and an account from the menu on its profile or from a Gather conversation, under one of a short list of reasons (a report made in this way being a "Flag"); a story or comment you report is removed from your own view. To report a Gather message, a bounty or an advertisement, email support@allnoos.com with a link or a description. A report made by email is not a Flag and is not part of the automated review described in Section 7.3; we act on it as soon as practicable. A Flag applies to the story itself in whatever language you read it; if the fault lies in a translation or a dub, email us and we may withdraw that alone.
7.2 You may Block anyone from their profile or a story. A blocked person cannot comment on your stories, reply to you or follow you, and will not be able to message you in Gather; their stories are removed from your view; they are not notified; and the block is enforced on our servers.
7.3 Flags are reviewed by automated systems, including artificial intelligence, and not by a person in the ordinary course. Except as this Section provides for arcs, a single Flag is sufficient for a review. A story, comment or arc that a review finds to breach Section 6 is removed from public view. A review that finds an account in breach of these Terms may remove the offending profile information and suspend the account for no more than 72 hours, but does not close it, and a Flag on an account does not of itself restrict the account. A Flag under the reason "Graphic, with no warning" or "This isn't news" does not of itself withhold or remove anything. A story, comment or arc on which any other Flag has not been resolved within 24 hours after that Flag was made, or within one hour for a Flag under the reason "A child is at risk", may be withheld from public view until each such Flag on it has been resolved, and is then restored without further action unless a review has upheld one of them or another ground keeps it from public view. An arc whose author's agreement described in Section 3.6 is not in effect is not sent for an automated review and may be withheld from public view after the same period, and an arc that several accounts have Flagged may be withheld at once if a review cannot resolve their Flags. Otherwise, no number of Flags removes Content on its own. The author of a story or comment may not delete it while a Flag on it under the reason "A child is at risk" is open, nor, until we release it, after a review under this Section has found that it puts a child at risk or, for a story, after our standards review (Section 7.6) has refused an item in it as appearing to involve a minor.
7.4 A review that finds a reason baseless is recorded, and repeated reader reports under that reason do not of themselves reopen it. We may review the matter again at any time, a report under a different reason is reviewed afresh, and a copyright notice (Section 8), an intimate-image request (Section 9), a court order or new evidence always reopens it.
7.5 Real footage of injury or death is permitted only as documentary reporting of a real event, filmed as a witness, never staged, never gratuitous and never celebrating or encouraging violence. The Service is for adults only, and we may add a warning, cover the footage, limit where it appears or remove it. Footage that fails that test is removed; report it under the reason "Something else", because a report that a story is graphic requests a warning, not a removal. We may also act on our own initiative, and we act wherever the law, a Store or a safety risk requires.
7.6 Every clip and photograph you select undergoes an artificial-intelligence standards review before it can be drafted, and the review may refuse an item. A refused item cannot be attached to a story, and if it is already in a published story, the story is withheld from public view until you replace the item. The review is a tool we operate, not a guarantee: it does not verify facts, it may err in either direction, and passing it is not our approval of anything.
7.7 If your story is removed from public view and your account remains open, we inform you of what was found and what to change, unless the law or a safety risk means we should not. You may still view the story, revise it on the Revise page and press Go to Press again, and it is restored once the revision clears review. A story removed on a copyright notice under Section 8 or an intimate-image request under Section 9.1 is not restored by a revision, and a story withheld under Section 7.3 while a Flag on it awaits review is restored as that Section provides. A revision, or an email to support@allnoos.com, is the only form of appeal we offer.
7.8 We may, but need not, review, screen, label, restrict or remove anything on the Service, and may suspend or close any account at our sole discretion for a breach of these Terms or a risk to other people, the Service or the law, notifying you as Section 17 describes. This Section describes how moderation operates; it is not a promise that a particular story will or will not be reviewed or removed.
7.9 Where the law requires us to preserve evidence (a court order, a preservation letter or a report to the authorities), we place the Content and account concerned under a legal hold: nothing under a hold can be edited or deleted, by you or by us, until it is released, although it may still be removed from public view. We respond to valid legal process as the law requires and, where the law permits, notify you.
8. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
8.1 If you believe that material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice through the form at allnoos.com/dmca, or by email to our copyright agent at support@allnoos.com. That page states the status of our registration with the U.S. Copyright Office and lists what a valid notice and counter-notice must contain under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) and §512(g). The form does not accept a notice that lacks a required element and states which element is missing, and we may decline to act on an emailed notice that lacks one. On a valid notice submitted through the form with a link to the story concerned, we withdraw that story from public view within 48 hours of receiving it, and on any other valid notice we act promptly. When we act, we inform the person who posted the material that a notice was received and what it claims, and provide a copy on request.
8.2 If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice through the same page. A counter-notice submitted through the form is not accepted until each required element is present, and the form states which element is missing. We forward it to the person who sent the notice and inform them that the material will be restored, and we restore it between 10 and 14 business days after receiving your counter-notice unless, within that time, they notify us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain its restoration. Material that also breaches Section 6 on another ground is not restored.
8.3 Any person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice is liable for the resulting damages and attorneys' fees (17 U.S.C. §512(f)). We are not liable for removing material in good faith on a notice, we accommodate the standard technical measures copyright owners use to identify their works, and we are not obliged to monitor the Service for infringement. We count copyright notices per account and close repeat infringers' accounts in appropriate circumstances, without a fixed strike count.
9. INTIMATE IMAGES AND CHILD SAFETY
9.1 If an intimate image of you (real, or an artificially generated forgery) has been published on the Service without your consent, you may have it withdrawn from public view; no account is needed, and another person may act for you. Submit the request through allnoos.com/takedown with your signature (a typed signature is acceptable), enough information for us to locate the image, a brief statement of your good-faith belief that it was published without your consent, and a means of contacting you. The form does not accept a request that lacks a required element, and states which element is missing. We withdraw the image, or the story containing it, from public view within 48 hours of a valid request, as the TAKE IT DOWN Act requires, and make reasonable efforts to locate and withdraw identical copies. This applies to images anywhere on the Service. The person who posted the image is informed that a request was made, not who made it, unless the law or a safety risk means we should not. We may also remove apparent intimate imagery in good faith without a request, and we are not liable to the poster for doing so.
9.2 We report apparent child sexual exploitation, child sex trafficking and enticement to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and to law enforcement where appropriate, as U.S. law requires; this applies to private messages and screenshots in Gather as well as public stories. Material of that kind that our standards review (Section 7.6) refuses is kept from public view, as is a story, comment or arc that a review under Section 7.3 finds to contain it; the account concerned may be suspended or closed immediately and without warning; and we preserve the related material and account information for as long as the law requires. We are not obliged to monitor for such material, but we act upon obtaining knowledge of it.
10. CREDITS AND PAID PLANS
10.1 Until we enable purchases, billing and payouts, every balance on the Service is simulated. Nothing is charged: adding Credits is disabled, no payment card is collected, selecting a Plan incurs no charge, and no revenue share is calculated or owed. Simulated Credits and any amounts you have earned are held in one balance; any of it may be spent within the Service, but simulated amounts can never be paid out or converted into purchased Credits or money. Only earned amounts may be the subject of a withdrawal request, which may be filed on the website only; it is a queue entry, not a payout, and once payouts are enabled, queued requests are paid in order to the extent the Earnings behind them are real. Before purchases, billing or payouts begin, we will give you clear notice, show you the price and these Terms again, and ask you to agree before anything is charged.
10.2 "Credits" are a limited, non-transferable license to use paid features of the Service: boosts, promos, sponsorships, credit-removal offers, bounties and advertising campaigns. Credits are not money, stored value, a deposit or a payment instrument; they have no cash value; they may be used only within the Service (the application and allnoos.com, one account) and cannot be withdrawn, sold, gifted, moved to another account or exchanged for anything outside it; and purchasing them is not a payment to any other person. We may change what Credits buy and what features cost, and limit how many an account may purchase; a change under which the Credits you already hold would buy less takes effect 30 days after we notify you. Purchased Credits do not expire while your account is open; we cancel them only when you delete your account (Section 17), when we close it for a breach, or when the purchase is refunded or reversed, refunding unused purchased Credits where the law requires, and Credits spent on Content we then remove for breach of Section 6 are not returned. Credits we grant without charge (a promotion, a welcome grant or a make-good) may carry an expiry date and would be used first.
10.3 Where we sell Credits, they are sold as in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play (each a "Store") and, later, on allnoos.com through Stripe. A Store purchase is a transaction with Apple or Google under its terms, and refunds for it are decided by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play; we cannot issue an App Store refund, and for Google Play purchases outside Google's own refund window we refund only where the law requires. CREDITS PURCHASED ON THE WEBSITE ARE NOT REFUNDABLE ONCE PURCHASED, EXCEPT WHERE THE LAW REQUIRES. If Apple, Google or Stripe refunds or reverses a Credit purchase, the Credits it purchased are deducted from your account; if you have already spent them, we may recover the shortfall from Credits you later purchase or Earnings we owe you, and may restrict paid features until it is covered. Using refunds in this manner breaches Section 6.
10.4 The Free, Journalist, Station and Broadcast account tiers are each a "Plan". Every account begins on the Free Plan, and no paid Plan is required to read, film, publish, comment or use Gather. Three paid Plans, Journalist, Station and Broadcast, provide additional features, which are listed on the Accounts page. No Plan is sold until we enable billing (Section 10.1); its price is shown to you, and you agree to it, before anything is charged (Section 10.5).
10.5 Once we enable billing, a Plan will be sold where we offer it, as a subscription in the application through a Store or on allnoos.com, and will apply to your account on every device, on the following terms: (a) Plans renew automatically at the same price and period until you cancel; when you purchase one we will show the price, the period and how to cancel, ask you to agree to that separately, and confirm it in writing; and before a yearly Plan renews we will send a reminder with the price, the date and how to cancel; (b) you may cancel at any time: a Plan purchased in the application is canceled in your Store subscription settings at least 24 hours before the period ends, and one purchased on allnoos.com is canceled on your account page in one step; cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep the Plan until the paid period ends, with no refund of the remainder except where the law or the Store requires; moving between Plans replaces one subscription with another, never two at once; and if your Plan ends or you move to a lower Plan, published stories remain published, new stories follow the lower Plan's limits, and the features you lose cease to function; and (c) for a Plan purchased in the application, the Store notifies you of a price change and, where its rules require, asks you to agree before it applies, failing which the Plan ends when the current period does; for a Plan purchased on allnoos.com we notify you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect, you may cancel before it applies, and if the new price is charged and you cancel within 14 days of our notice we refund the unused part of the period.
11. EARNINGS AND PAYOUTS
11.1 Any account may be paid a credit-removal fee (Section 12). Journalist, Station and Broadcast accounts may also earn a share of what advertisements earn beside their stories; Journalist accounts may earn bounty rewards; and Station and Broadcast accounts may earn a share of event sponsorship. Amounts payable to you under this Section are "Earnings". Until we enable purchases, billing and payouts, everything in your account is held in one simulated balance (Section 10.1). When Earnings are enabled they will be kept separate from Credits: an amount allnoos owes you under this Section, not a balance you hold, not spendable within the Service, not transferable to another user, not convertible into Credits, and paid only as described in this Section.
11.2 Which views count, which advertisements pay, what share you receive and how bounties and event revenue are divided are decided by us and may change or end from the date we announce the change, never retroactively. Nothing is owed until we publish a formula and notify you in writing that the program is in operation. Earnings accrue only while you hold a Plan that includes them; amounts already marked final remain payable if your Plan later ends.
11.3 Until we enable purchases, billing and payouts, the Earnings figures shown in the application and on the website are simulated and not owed (Section 10.1). Once a program is in operation, figures shown before we mark them final are estimates, not amounts owed.
11.4 Views, engagement or advertising impressions we judge artificial, self-generated, purchased or fraudulent earn nothing, and neither does content that breached these Terms. If we have already paid on either, or on advertiser spend later refunded or charged back, we may recover the amount or set it off against future Earnings. You are responsible for the validity of the traffic on your own stories and advertisements.
11.5 We may hold a payout while we investigate suspected invalid activity, a legal claim, a chargeback or a moderation matter, ordinarily for no more than 90 days and longer where the law requires.
11.6 Once payouts are enabled we will make them only through Stripe, and the Stripe Recipient Agreement, as Stripe may modify it, will apply to your receipt of them. By starting Stripe onboarding or requesting a payout you agree to that agreement, to give us and Stripe accurate, complete and current information about yourself, and to our sharing it and your payout history with Stripe under its privacy policy. Stripe verifies your identity, collects your tax forms and may refuse to open or maintain an account for anyone. We may decline to pay out where the law, a sanctions list or a fraud finding requires; Earnings we cannot pay are held as Section 11.9 describes. Before anything is paid you must complete Stripe onboarding, clear any hold, be in good standing and reach the minimum payout amount we set; smaller amounts roll over. We will close Earnings monthly and pay final amounts within 30 days of the close.
11.7 All amounts are in US dollars. Stripe's payout fee is deducted from what we pay you, and if your bank account is in another currency Stripe converts at its rate and deducts its fee. If an amount is recovered or set off after it was paid, you authorize us to reverse the Stripe transfer and Stripe to recover the shortfall from your connected account or the bank account linked to it.
11.8 You publish independently (Section 3): Earnings are a share of revenue paid under this Section, not wages, and your taxes are your own responsibility. We, or Stripe on our behalf, file the information returns U.S. tax law requires and withhold where the law requires, including where you have not given a valid taxpayer number.
11.9 Earnings from the activity for which an account was closed for a serious breach are forfeited. Other final Earnings are paid after any hold once you complete payout setup. If you never complete payout setup, whether your account is open or closed, we hold final Earnings for one year from the date they became payable and then treat them under the applicable unclaimed-property law.
12. BOUNTIES, SPONSORSHIPS, EVENTS AND CREDIT BUYOUTS
12.1 Everything in this Section is a purchase from us. When you post a bounty, offer a credit buyout or sponsor an event, you pay allnoos for a service: the Credits you spend become ours when the bounty settles, the offer is accepted or the sponsorship is booked, and any reward or fee that follows is our own obligation to the person who earns it, paid as Earnings under Section 11; you never send money to another user. Until we enable purchases, billing and payouts, all of it is paid with simulated Credits (Section 10.1).
12.2 Where the application offers it, a bounty is a public request for coverage of a subject with a reward attached. Posting one reserves the Credits shown for the reward until the bounty settles or is canceled.
12.3 Only Journalist accounts may claim a bounty; Free, Station and Broadcast accounts may not. You may not claim your own, and a reporter may hold at most five open claims at once. We do not guarantee that anyone will claim a bounty.
12.4 Only the poster may settle a bounty, by accepting a story filed by the reporter who claimed it; the reward is then paid as Earnings under Section 11. If you believe a poster refused a story that met the brief, email support@allnoos.com and we will examine the record; that decision is final as between you and the poster.
12.5 An unclaimed bounty may be canceled at any time, with its Credits returned. For 14 days after a claim the poster may not cancel; thereafter the poster may release the claim back to the board, or cancel and recover the Credits, even if a story has been filed. A reporter may relinquish a claim at any time.
12.6 No bounty may be posted for illegal acts, for following, exposing or confronting a private individual, for anything Section 6 prohibits, or that trades on a tragedy; we may cancel such a bounty and return the Credits.
12.7 Where we offer it, the author of a story may spend Credits to have a credited contributor's credit removed. The Credits are reserved when the offer is made; if the contributor accepts, they become ours and we pay the contributor a fee as Earnings under Section 11, which is our obligation to the contributor, not a payment from the author, and is unaffected by anything that later happens to the author's account. If the contributor declines, or the author withdraws first, the Credits are returned. A contributor may set a minimum (offers at or above it are accepted at once, lower ones declined) and may always withdraw their own credit without charge; we may set a maximum offer size; and the story remains published throughout.
12.8 Station and Broadcast accounts may schedule events (stories with dates), and readers may sponsor coverage with Credits; where we operate an event revenue share, the host earns under Section 11. A sponsorship is a payment to us for a placement shown as sponsored, not a donation: the Service is not a fundraising platform, and a sponsor has no influence over what a story reports.
12.9 Everything in this Section is subject to Section 6 at all times and may be changed, paused or withdrawn by us prospectively; a reward or fee already earned remains payable under Section 11.
12.10 IF YOU HAVE A DISPUTE WITH ANOTHER USER, AN ADVERTISER, A BOUNTY POSTER OR SPONSOR, OR A PERSON YOU FILMED OR WROTE ABOUT, INCLUDING OVER A DECISION WE MAKE UNDER THIS SECTION, YOU RELEASE ALLNOOS LLC AND THE PERSONS NAMED IN SECTION 19 FROM EVERY CLAIM AND LOSS, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, ARISING FROM THAT DISPUTE, EXCEPT OUR OWN BREACH OF THESE TERMS. OUR DECISIONS UNDER THIS SECTION SETTLE THE MATTER AS BETWEEN THE USERS INVOLVED; THEY DO NOT AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS AGAINST US UNDER SECTION 21. IF YOU RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA, YOU WAIVE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE §1542, WHICH PROVIDES: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY."
13. ADVERTISING ON THE SERVICE
13.1 Advertisements on the Service are stories. A Broadcast account may run one of its own published stories as an advertising campaign in the feed, and Journalist accounts and above may buy promos (placements across the Service, the range of which depends on the Plan). Advertising campaigns run in fixed slots (every tenth story in the feed) sold by auction: your bid is a price per thousand views, the highest permitted bid wins the slot and is charged its bid rate for the views actually served, and you may also bid to appear beside a specific journalist or story. Promos are bought for a budget you set, not by auction, and run in the placement you chose. A boost spends Credits to raise one of your comments in a story's thread. A campaign's budget is committed from your Credits when it starts; spent budget is not refunded, and unspent budget returns to your Credits, never as cash, when a campaign ends or we stop it; until that return is automated, email support@allnoos.com and we will return it manually. Targeting uses only activity within the Service (country, topic, language and reader segment), never political criteria and never third-party data.
13.2 If you advertise or promote a story, you represent that: (a) it is your story, filmed and published under these Terms, and you hold consent from every identifiable person in it for its use in advertising (a news story may show a face; an advertisement requires permission); (b) it is lawful and truthful, not misleading or deceptive, complies with the Federal Trade Commission's rules on advertising and endorsements, carries any disclaimer the law requires, and does not target or exclude people on a protected characteristic where the law prohibits it, particularly in housing, employment and credit; and (c) it is not political: until we operate a political-advertising program, no advertisement or promo may advocate for or against a candidate or ballot measure, or solicit political contributions.
13.3 We identify paid placements to readers: advertisements carry a Sponsored mark with the advertiser's name, a boosted comment shows what was spent on it, and promos and sponsored events carry the same mark when they run. You may not remove or obscure any of these marks. We may reject, pause, relabel or stop any campaign at any time, and journalists may ask us, by email to support@allnoos.com, not to run particular advertisers beside their work. We do not guarantee placement, views or results. Our count of views (a signed-in reader opening a story, once a day, the author excluded) is final for billing and for Earnings.
14. ACCEPTABLE USE
14.1 You may not scrape, crawl or copy the Service, access it with automated tools, or reverse engineer or decompile the application, except where the law permits it notwithstanding these Terms.
14.2 Drafts, footage reviews, uploads, resubmissions and similar actions are rate-limited to keep the Service working, and the application notifies you when you reach a limit wherever it can. You may not circumvent those limits or your Plan's caps.
14.3 Security research is permitted only with our prior written permission. If you find a vulnerability, report it to support@allnoos.com.
14.4 The Service, its software, design, name and logo belong to us. These Terms give you no rights in them beyond the license to use the application in Section 24.
14.5 You will comply with U.S. export-control and sanctions laws and will not use the Service where it is prohibited, and you make the representation in Section 24 regarding embargoes and restricted-party lists.
15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
15.1 Each service we build on has its own terms and privacy policy for what it does: at present Supabase for our database, accounts and photographs, Cloudflare for the website and, through Cloudflare Stream, for video, Google for the artificial-intelligence models (Sections 3.6 and 4), Expo for building the application and delivering its updates, the maker of your device's operating system (Apple or Google) for turning your device's position into a place name, Stripe for payouts and website purchases once those are enabled, and the Stores you install the application from and purchase through. Each receives only what its function requires, under contracts that limit what it may do with it; we may change providers, and the privacy policy identifies them. You must comply with the terms of any third party whose service you use with the Service. We do not control them and are not responsible for their outages, decisions or errors. Links in stories and comments lead to places we do not operate; you follow them at your own discretion.
16. PRIVACY
16.1 Our privacy policy at allnoos.com/privacy states exactly what we collect, what the News Room shares with Gemini (Google's AI), how long we keep information and what deletion removes. Two matters warrant particular attention: a photograph you select in the News Room is uploaded at that moment, before you publish, and anyone with its exact link can open it; and your likes, your votes on comments and your follows are public.
17. TERMINATION
17.1 You may delete your account at any time: in the application or on the website under Control Room, Account, Delete Account. If you have not agreed to the current version of these Terms and so cannot reach either screen, you may instead write to support@allnoos.com from the email address on your account (Section 1.2); we reply to that address with what the deletion screen would state, and your reply confirming the request is your confirmation. Unless one of the four matters below is outstanding, your account is withdrawn from view when you confirm: no other user can find or view your profile, stories, footage, comments, likes, follows, story credits, messages, promos or bounties on the Service (a link to a photograph or video saved earlier may continue to work until the deletion is completed), and you are signed out. Thirty days after you confirm, the deletion is completed and is permanent: all of it is removed from the Service, and the copies our providers and backups hold are deleted within a further 30 days. If you sign in before then and choose "Restore my account", the request is withdrawn and your account is restored as it was. A deletion you request by email is completed when you confirm, unless you ask us for the same 30 days. Credits remaining in the account are forfeited when the deletion is completed; the deletion screen, or our reply, states this before you confirm, and Credits have no cash value (Section 10.2). Deletion is deferred only for what cannot simply be discarded: (a) earned money we owe you (request a withdrawal and await its settlement, or instruct us in writing to forfeit it); (b) a pending withdrawal request; (c) a bounty you posted that is still funded, or one you claimed that is unsettled; or (d) a legal hold. The deletion screen, or our reply, identifies which; if one arises during the 30 days, the account remains withdrawn from view and the deletion is completed once it is settled; once it is settled you may delete from the screen without contacting us, or we complete a deletion you requested by email. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription purchased through a Store; you must cancel that in the Store first.
17.2 Accounting records of money that moved through your account, including transfers you initiated, are retained, with the account closed and unlinked from you, as financial records. Withdrawal requests already paid or rejected are retained in the same manner. Reports you filed about other persons' Content or accounts are retained as a record, with your name removed. Findings against your stories, comments, arcs (the short clips and photographs posted to a profile) and account, and copyright notices concerning your Content, are retained with your name removed, except that a copyright notice or counter-notice you filed yourself is retained as filed, with the name and contact details the law required it to contain, and that the text of a comment, or the profile information, that a review removed is retained with the record of the finding; republishing the same text of a story restores a recorded finding. The records of your acceptance of these Terms and of the accord (Section 5.1), and of your agreement to and any withdrawal of the consent in Section 3.6, are retained with an identifier for your account (Section 1.2). Gather groups you opened, bounties posted by others that you claimed, event listings you contested and notifications other users received concerning your activity are retained with your name removed. Copies readers made outside the Service are beyond our control.
17.3 We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that exposes other people or the Service to legal or financial risk, or that the law requires us to close. We state the reason where we are able to do so; in serious cases we act without prior notice. If we close your account for a breach, the offending stories are removed and the rest are deleted with the account; unused Credits are dealt with under Section 10 and Earnings under Section 11.
17.4 Sections 1 (the record of acceptance), 4 (the surviving parts of the license, and your representations regarding your Content), 10 (the treatment of Credits), 11, 12 (the release), 14 (our intellectual property) and 18 to 24 survive the end of your account.
18. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
18.1 THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR FREE OF DEFECTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY STORY, TRANSLATION, DUB, ARTIFICIAL-INTELLIGENCE DRAFT, STANDARDS REVIEW OR MODERATION DECISION IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR RELIABLE. WE TAKE DAILY BACKUPS BUT DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY CONTENT CAN BE RECOVERED, AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING YOUR OWN COPIES OF YOUR CONTENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM EVERY WARRANTY NOT STATED IN THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
18.2 If the law where you reside does not permit part of this Section, that part does not apply to you and the rest does.
19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
19.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLNOOS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE NOT LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE LOSS, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST CONTENT, OR LOST EARNINGS OTHER THAN EARNINGS WE HAVE MARKED FINAL AND OWE YOU UNDER SECTION 11, ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, HOWEVER CAUSED AND EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL MATTERS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 AND THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. THAT CAP DOES NOT APPLY TO FINAL EARNINGS WE OWE YOU UNDER SECTION 11, TO CREDITS WE MUST RETURN UNDER SECTIONS 12 AND 13, TO MONEY WE HOLD FOR YOU, OR TO ANY REFUND THE LAW OR A STORE REQUIRES.
19.2 These limits do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for anything else the law does not allow a contract to exclude. If the law where you reside does not permit part of this Section, that part does not apply to you and the rest does.
20. INDEMNIFICATION
20.1 If a third party brings a claim against allnoos LLC or its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors or service providers because of your Content, your reporting, your advertising, your breach of these Terms or your breach of the law, including a defamation, privacy, publicity or copyright claim by a person you filmed or wrote about, you will pay the damages, settlements and reasonable legal costs that result, except to the extent the claim was caused by our own breach of these Terms or our own negligence. We will notify you of the claim promptly and may control its defense at our own expense; if we do, you will cooperate, and neither party will settle a claim that binds the other without the other's written consent.
21. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
21.1 READ THIS SECTION BEFORE YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. YOU AND ALLNOOS AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES BY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, NOT IN COURT, AND TO GIVE UP THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO BRING OR JOIN A CLASS ACTION. YOU MAY OPT OUT WITHIN 30 DAYS (SECTION 21.6).
21.2 Before starting arbitration or a court action, the party with a dispute must send the other a written notice: from you to support@allnoos.com or to allnoos LLC at 35 E Horizon Ridge Pkwy, Ste 110-526, Henderson, NV 89002-7906, and from us to the email address on your account. The notice must give your name, your username or account email address, the nature of the dispute and the relief sought, and be signed by you (a typed signature is acceptable), not only by a lawyer. Each party then has 60 days to try to resolve it in good faith, in writing or, if both parties agree, by telephone or video conference, and every limitation period for filing a claim is tolled while this step runs.
21.3 If that attempt fails, either party may start arbitration. Any dispute between you and allnoos LLC arising from the Service or these Terms is resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (the "AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (adr.org), and the Federal Arbitration Act governs this Section. If the AAA cannot or will not administer a dispute under these Terms, it is administered by JAMS under its Consumer Arbitration Minimum Standards; if neither can, a court in Clark County, Nevada may appoint a substitute. One arbitrator decides, must follow these Terms and the applicable law, issues a short written reasoned decision, and may award you individually whatever a court could; judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Hearings are by video unless you request one in your county. The arbitrator decides whether a claim is covered and whether this Section is enforceable, except that a court decides the enforceability of the class-action waiver, the public-injunction exception and the batching procedure in Section 21.7. You pay only the consumer filing fee under the AAA rules, and we pay everything else the AAA or the arbitrator charges. Each party bears its own attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator awards fees under the applicable law, and we will not seek to recover our attorneys' fees from you solely because you do not prevail.
21.4 YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. EACH OF US MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN OUR OWN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, AND THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE THE CLAIMS OF DIFFERENT PERSONS OR AWARD RELIEF TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THE PARTIES. IF A COURT DECIDES THIS WAIVER CANNOT BE ENFORCED FOR A PARTICULAR CLAIM, THAT CLAIM ALONE IS DECIDED IN COURT, AND IS STAYED THERE UNTIL ANY INDIVIDUAL CLAIMS IN ARBITRATION ARE CONCLUDED.
21.5 Either party may instead bring a qualifying individual claim in small-claims court, or seek an injunction in court to protect intellectual property or to stop unauthorized access to or misuse of the Service. If the law of your state (California, for example) gives you a right to seek a public injunction that cannot be waived, you may seek that relief in court, and all other claims are arbitrated first.
21.6 YOU MAY OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION BY EMAILING support@allnoos.com WITHIN 30 DAYS OF FIRST AGREEING TO A VERSION OF THESE TERMS THAT CONTAINS THIS SECTION, STATING THAT YOU WISH TO OPT OUT AND GIVING YOUR NAME AND USERNAME. OPTING OUT CHANGES NOTHING ELSE IN THESE TERMS.
21.7 If 25 or more similar demands are filed against us by the same or coordinated counsel, the AAA's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules apply: demands proceed in batches of up to 50, each with its own arbitrator; deadlines are tolled for demands not yet batched; and the parties mediate for 90 days after the first batch. Nothing decided in one batch binds anyone in another, and any claimant whose claim remains unresolved may proceed individually in arbitration or small-claims court.
21.8 ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE YEAR OF WHEN IT AROSE OR IT IS PERMANENTLY BARRED, UNLESS THE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT THAT LIMIT.
21.9 Nevada law governs these Terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs this Section and the law where you reside preserves any rights that cannot be waived by contract. Anything not arbitrated is brought only in the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If a rule set we later publish has its own dispute clause, this Section controls. A change to this Section does not apply to a dispute either party has already notified or filed, and you may reject a change to it by opting out within 30 days of agreeing to the new version.
22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
22.1 When these Terms change, the version (the date shown at the top of this page) changes with them, and at your next sign-in you are shown the new version and the same statements and checkboxes; if you decline, you may only sign out from that window, or have your account deleted by writing to us as Section 17.1 describes. For a material change (money, your rights, your Content or Section 21) we also give notice in the application or by email before it applies where we can, and further notice where the law requires. Corrections that change no person's rights (typographical errors, broken links or the name of a feature) may be posted under the same version without renewed acceptance; every other change requires it. Prior versions are available on request from support@allnoos.com.
23. GENERAL PROVISIONS
23.1 These Terms and any rule set we publish for a specific feature are the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Service and supersede every earlier version.
23.2 If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies, and the unenforceable part is read as narrowly as necessary to be enforceable, except as Section 21 provides for the class-action waiver.
23.3 Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not prevent us from enforcing it later.
23.4 You may not transfer these Terms or your account to anyone else. We may transfer them to a successor in a merger, sale or reorganization, and will notify you if we do.
23.5 We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including outages at the services we depend on, disasters, war and government action.
23.6 Notices to us, including legal and copyright notices: support@allnoos.com, or by post to allnoos LLC, 35 E Horizon Ridge Pkwy, Ste 110-526, Henderson, NV 89002-7906. Notices to you: the email address on your account, or a notice within the application or website. You agree to receive notices, records and agreements from us electronically, with the same effect as paper; you need a device that can open the application or website and read email; and you may request a paper copy, or withdraw this consent, by emailing us, although withdrawal may mean we can no longer offer you paid Plans.
23.7 Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as Section 24 describes, and the persons and companies named in Sections 19 and 20 may rely on those Sections. No one else is a beneficiary; these Terms create no duty to anyone but you and us.
23.8 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. These Terms are written in English, and the English version controls any translation.
23.9 Under California Civil Code §1789.3, California residents are entitled to the following notice: the Service is provided by allnoos LLC, 35 E Horizon Ridge Pkwy, Ste 110-526, Henderson, NV 89002-7906, support@allnoos.com, telephone (a telephone number we will publish here before launch). You may also contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210. The charges for the Service are described in Section 10.
23.10 If you are a New Jersey resident, Sections 18, 19 and 21 apply to you with the following exceptions: Section 18 does not disclaim warranties the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act does not permit us to disclaim; Section 19 does not limit our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct or losses New Jersey law provides cannot be limited; and the one-year filing limit in Section 21 does not shorten a period New Jersey law does not permit to be shortened. Otherwise those Sections apply to you in full.
24. MOBILE APPLICATION TERMS
24.1 The application is licensed, not sold: you receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use it on devices you own or control, for using the Service as these Terms allow. Whichever Store you install it from, these Terms are between you and allnoos LLC only, and we, not Apple or Google, are solely responsible for the application and its content. A purchase through a Store is a transaction with that Store under its terms, which govern the download and the purchase where they conflict with these Terms.
24.2 If you use the iOS application, Apple requires that these Terms also provide as follows, and we agree: (a) your license is limited to a non-transferable license to use the application on Apple-branded devices you own or control, under the usage rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions, except as permitted through Family Sharing or volume purchasing; (b) we alone provide maintenance and support for the application, and Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any; (c) we alone are responsible for any product warranty not disclaimed in Section 18; if the application fails to conform to an applicable warranty you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the price you paid for the application, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever, and every other claim, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense attributable to that failure is our sole responsibility; (d) we, not Apple, address any claim by you or a third party relating to the application or your possession or use of it, including product liability, failure to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and consumer-protection, privacy or similar laws; (e) if a third party claims that the application or your use of it infringes its intellectual-property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging the claim; (f) you represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated by the U.S. government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties; (g) our details are allnoos LLC, 35 E Horizon Ridge Pkwy, Ste 110-526, Henderson, NV 89002-7906, support@allnoos.com, telephone (a telephone number we will publish here before launch), and you should direct any question, complaint or claim about the application to us there; (h) you must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the application, such as your wireless data agreement; and (i) Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and on your acceptance of these Terms Apple has the right, and is deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce them against you.
24.3 If you use the Android application, purchases through Google Play are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies, and Google is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility or liability under them.
